Mr. Popkin is a recently retired international trade lawyer with more than thirty years of experience in export licensing, US embargo law, and international strategic planning and problem solving.  In addition, Mr. Popkin also has experience working with the government of Panama and the Reagan Administration.

NOTE: Mr. Popkin's wife, Karol, an executive with the American Public Transportation Administration, will also be co-hosting the dinner.
